Where do you deliver?
We deliver bouquets to any postal address in Kent. Funeral products are delivered locally, within 30 miles of our shop in Dover.
Can you deliver the same day?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed over the phone (01304 202796) before midday, for addresses within 30 miles of Dover. Same-day delivery is subject to availability.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes, next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm. Please note, we do not offer next-day delivery on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Can I specify a time for delivery?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, as our couriers manage their own route planning.
What happens if no one is home when my flowers are delivered?
If no one is available, our driver will leave a card informing the recipient of the delivery attempt. The card will include instructions for collecting or rearranging delivery.
Do you deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays?
We do not offer delivery on Sundays or Bank Holidays, except for Mother’s Day and where Valentine’s Day falls on a Sunday.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details.
Can I add special delivery instructions?
Yes, you can add delivery instructions when placing your order. However, these instructions will be followed at the discretion of the delivery driver.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Yes, changes can be made by calling us at 01304 202796. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the delivery date. Changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
Do you offer custom bouquet designs?
Absolutely! We can create custom bouquets based on your preferences. Please call us on 01303 202796 to discuss your ideas, and we’ll bring them to life.
What if the flowers I ordered are unavailable?
In the rare case that certain flowers are unavailable, we will substitute them with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design and quality.
Do you offer a guarantee on your flowers?
We guarantee the freshness of our flowers for 7 days from the delivery date, except for our summer and spring ranges, which are guaranteed for a minimum of 5 days.
Can I send a personalised message with my flowers?
Yes, we include a complimentary card with a personalised message for every order.
Do you offer flowers for weddings?

Do you provide flowers for corporate events?
Yes, we provide floral arrangements for corporate events, conferences, and office spaces. Get in touch to arrange a consultation.
Can I set up a subscription for regular flower deliveries?
Yes, we offer flower subscription services for 3,6 or 12 months on our Floral Subscriptions page.
Are your flowers safe for pets?
Certain flowers, such as lilies, can be harmful to pets, especially cats. If you are concerned about the safety of specific flowers, please contact us before placing your order for more information.
Do you deliver to hospitals, schools, or business addresses?
Yes, deliveries to hospitals, schools, and business addresses will be left at the main reception for internal distribution. We recommend selecting a weekday for these locations.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by calling 01304 202796 at least 48 hours before the delivery date. Once the flowers are dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order.
