Delivery Information
- Orders for next day delivery must be placed before 10am.
- We do not offer next-day delivery for Weekends or Bank Holidays.
- We are unable to offer deliveries on Bank Holidays or Weekends.
- Minimum 3 day lead time required for funeral deliveries.
- We only deliver funeral products to the local area (approximately 30 miles from the shop).
- Orders can be taken up to a year in advance and stored until date of delivery.
- Other than your personal card message no other personal details are sent to the recipient.
- On completion of your order an email confirmation will be sent.
- You are able to add delivery instructions to your order, but please bear in mind that these will be adhered to at the discretion of the delivery driver.
- Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating attempted delivery and will include details of how to collect or arrange a re-delivery.
Ann and Pams flowers will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered or are delayed because of incorrect details on the order.
For deliveries sent to business addresses, hospitals, schools, and military addresses will be delivered to a main reception for internal distribution. We recommend that for orders to these locations, you select a weekday and not a Saturday.
